Here's how to cure dental caries NATURALLY!

It is common to believe that once there is tooth decay, the cavity is irreversible. The only way to get rid of it is to have the tooth drilled and sealed with synthetic material. But did you know that there are natural cures for reversing this problem? In fact, science has shown that dental caries can be treated by simply changing your diet.

On the other hand, it is important to adopt an impeccable oral hygiene through brushing after each meal and the use of dental floss.

Here are 4 remedies to eliminate dental caries naturally:

1. "Oil pulling"

Oil pulling is a method of Ayurvedic medicine, which consists of a mouthwash using coconut oil.

This technique helps reduce the risk of tooth decay, as well as other oral problems such as bleeding gums and bad breath!

Here are the main steps of oil pulling:

- Take a tablespoon of coconut oil

- Make a mouthwash for 5 to 20 minutes using coconut oil

- Then rinse your mouth with lukewarm water

- Then brush your teeth

You can also use water with salt when you rinse your mouth rather than warm water. Use this method daily.

 2. A low sugar diet

If you already have tooth decay, limit your sugar intake. This one can demineralize the structure of your teeth because it is very acidic. Avoid snacking on sweets, cookies and all processed sweet products.

3. Avoid phytic acid

Phytic acid or phytate blocks minerals and enzymes. It is found in seeds, nuts, beans, among others. This acid can lead to serious dental health problems and overall health.

You can still consume the foods mentioned if you use old preparation techniques, such as fermentation, because they eliminate phytic acid.

4. Consume calcium and nutritious foods

Dairy products are rich in vitamins (K2, D3 ...) and minerals (phosphorus, magnesium) that improve dental health while strengthening teeth. Promote the consumption of raw cheeses, kefir with goat's milk and organic butter.

Some herbs and spices, such as garlic, turmeric, salt and licorice, can also help keep teeth away from cavities.
