5 exercises to do at home at home to have a flat stomach!


 

Your diet plays an important role in eliminating body fat, especially belly fat.

 

But sometimes, a healthy diet may not be enough to solve the problem. So, you have to consider boosting the process with targeted exercises. We present you 5 exercises that you can practice at home.

   

1. Forward turn:  

 

As you stand up, place your feet together and while holding them as straight as possible, bend your torso to touch your feet with your hands. Repeat this ten times.

 

2. Lateral turn:

 

Still standing, place your hands in a dumbbell. Try to lie down as much as you can on one side and wait a few seconds. After that, repeat it on the opposite side. Do this ten times on both sides.

 

3. The board:

 

Boards are the best exercise for the abdominal area. It is very easy and simple. You just need to position yourself in a pump position with your elbows (at a 90% angle). Make sure your body is in a straight line from head to toe.

 

4. Mountain climbing:

 

Place your body in a pump position and jump on each leg

interchangeably. Try to put the knee as close to the chest as possible.

 

5. Bicycle:

 

Lie on the floor and place your hands behind your head. Raise your knee in a 90-degree angle and move your legs as if you're riding a bicycle. Turn your torso during the movement.
