1 lemon

1 teaspoon of honey

A pinch of cayenne pepper

1 cup hot water


Instructions :


First, you must cut the lemon in half and extract the juice in a cup of your choice. 


Although you only need a lemon, do not hesitate to add more lemon juice if you feel comfortable with the taste.


Then add a teaspoon of honey to the lemon juice in the cup.
