Flabby skin: Tips and exercises to prevent sagging skin and firm up!

None of us are immune to the effects of aging, such as sagging skin. However, we can postpone and mitigate the deadline.

Although this is natural and happens to everyone, it does not mean that you just have to wait until your skin becomes flaccid. There are certain solutions to prevent them, including skin toning exercises.

3 Tips to prevent sagging skin:

1. Avoid damage caused by the sun:

Solar rays are the main cause of premature aging. Whenever you are exposed to the sun for long periods of time, use sunscreen, wear a hat, or choose clothes that will not leave you exposed too much. It is also important to try to avoid rush hours between 11:00 and 14:00.

2. Do not smoke:

Behind the damage caused by the sun, smoking is the main cause of premature aging. If you still smoke, you may have to think about stopping.

3. Protect your skin:

You can protect your skin from the inside as much as you can from the outside. Make sure you keep your skin moisturized (apply cream) and clean it regularly. Also be sure to stay hydrated (drink water) and try to incorporate healthy fats into your diet as soon as you can.

3 exercises to firm the skin:

Exercise 1 :

Start by placing your hands on your thighs and raise your right arms in front of you at shoulder height, then move back. Bring your elbows behind, then rotate your forearms and hold them for a short time before reversing and returning to the first position.

Exercise 2:

Bend your hips making sure you keep your back straight. Then, stretch your arms from your shoulder and try to squeeze your shoulder blades together. Release the pressure without dropping your arms, be sure to keep them steady throughout the exercise.

Exercise 3:

Bring your elbows up to your shoulders, keeping your forearms straight. Pinch your elbows together then return to the first position. Push up with both arms above your head. Hold the position, then slowly return to the first position.
