The perfect green smoothie recipe:  

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 and a half cups fresh washed spinach

2 bananas

½ cup of ice cream

1 tablespoon of shelled hemp seeds

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

10 to 15 drops of zeolite

1 pinch of pink salt from the Himalayas

 

Method:

 

The preparation of this smoothie is more than simple. Simply mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get a mixture of smooth and homogeneous consistency. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy your smoothie!

 

Note: If you are using frozen bananas, cut them into small pieces first so as not to break your blender.
