Whether we are a man or a woman, we all dream of having a flat stomach, to proudly display ourselves at the edge of the beaches. But, with our diet, coupled with lack of exercise, this goal is difficult to achieve.

 

However, it is difficult to achieve, but it is far from impossible. By adopting the right methods, you will be able to eliminate all unwanted fat from the belly.

Many people think that crunches are the way to go to get great abdominal muscles and not a board. Do not underestimate the effectiveness of the board just because it is a static exercise.

 

The board works the most muscles of the body compared to any other physical exercise. Thus, training for the elimination of your abdominal fat consists of a set of exercises that you will practice for 21 days, or three weeks.

 

Here's how to proceed:

 

First week

 

During the first week, you will practice this board position each day. Please hold the position for 30 seconds at the beginning. Then, in the last days, if you are more comfortable with exercise, you can go beyond the 30 seconds indicated.

 

Second week:

 

The second week, you will repeat the board as in the first week and add a new position as in the picture below. You will maintain this new position for 60 seconds.

 

Third week:

 

Each day during the third week, you will perform the two previous boards and add a third board exercise. You will do the third below for two minutes. So during the third week you will have to do three different boards each day. With the third board, be sure to change sides.
