5 simple tests to evaluate your HEALTH!

If you dread medical consultations, but you care about your health, this article is for you!

Today you are offered the opportunity to do some simple tests that will help you assess your health.

1. The eyes

Close one eye and take 3 to 5 steps back. Look at the circle above. If you find that some lines look darker than others, it indicates that you must see your optician! It is likely that you have developed astigmatism.

2. The flexibility of the body

To perform this test, sit on the floor, stretch your legs in front of you and try to touch your feet with your fingertips. If you can do it easily, your body is in great shape.

If it is difficult, it would be better to do yoga, pilates or swimming to improve the flexibility of your body and avoid excessive weakening of your joints.

3. The heart

Sit quietly for five minutes in silence, then place four fingers on the wrist. Find your pulse. Measure it for a minute, counting the number of beats. For adults and children over the age of 10, 60 to 100 beats per minute are considered normal.

If you have more or less, this may indicate blood pressure problems.

However, do not try to diagnose yourself, consult your doctor.

4. Blood circulation

Pour very cold water into a glass and press your fingers for 30 seconds. If the

fingers turn white or blue, you have a problem with your blood circulation. A

significant drop in temperature, or stress, can cause contractions of the blood

vessels that supply blood to fingers, toes, nose and ears.

As a result, these parts of the body do not have the right amount of blood and

become numb. You should avoid strong temperature variations.

5. The respiratory system

Light a match, place it in front of you. Breathe deeply through the nose, then

blow while trying to extinguish it. How many attempts have you made to

extinguish the flame?

If there are several, it is possible that you have a faulty respiratory

system. This could have been caused by smoking, lack of exercise, or chronic

airway disease.
