5 tips to flatten your belly without having to do any exercise!

Nobody likes to have a belly much too visible. Better yet we prefer flat, and sometimes even a little muscular (training abdominals).

So, if you want to have a flat stomach, but you lack enthusiasm to do exercises, these should help you achieve your goal.

1. No to beer:

This is called a "beer belly" for a reason. Beers are a major cause of stomach bloating, which can be seen by anyone who has ever looked in the mirror after drinking too much beer.

But it's not just carbonation that's guilty. Alcohol can cause a proliferation of bad bacteria in your stomach, not to mention all the empty calories that go directly to your waist. Instead, leave out alcohol for good or limit yourself to one serving a day.

2. Tame your sweet tooth:

Sweet treats, though obviously delicious, are not very good for our body, and that includes our bellies. Not only do the calories add too much to our waist, but the sugar overload leads to insulin resistance, which tells the body to store more fat around the waist.

But these are things in the long run. Sugar also swells your belly in the short term by feeding the bad bacteria into your gut, which leads to extra gas. When it comes to flattening your belly, limiting sugar is one of the best things you can do.

3. Remove the salt shaker from your table:

Salt, in moderation, is a good thing: the mineral is important for the health of the heart and brain. But, consume too much salt and you will have water retention. Reducing salt intake is one of the main ways to avoid this problem. What can not be done with salt constantly at hand.

4. Become pro probiotics:

Our intestinal microbiome plays a much bigger role than we knew, which is why it's so important to have your colonized bowel with beneficial bacteria. One way to do this is to eat foods that stimulate good intestinal bacteria. Not only can it help you digest, but it can also help you lose belly fat.

5. Spit out your chewing gum:

Many people chew chewing gum as a way to quell cravings, but this tactic can have an undesirable side effect: bloated stomach. Everyone naturally swallows a small amount of air when chewing, but it's magnified for people chewing gum, which causes gas and bloating.
