Apple Cider Vinegar: How to make a quick and effective cure for the flu?

 


One of my best remedies for the cold and flu season is apple cider vinegar. Combined with other powerful natural ingredients, you get an excellent remedy with incredible anti-inflammatory, immune and decongestant properties.

 

Best of all, it's super simple to do. Even though the combination sounds weird, it's really tasty in a bittersweet way. Then discover the recipe of this impressive natural remedy.

   

Here is the recipe:  

 

Ingredients :

 

Cider vinegar

Garlic

Onion

Ginger

Horseradish

Cayenne

Turmeric

Lemon

Honey

 

Instructions :

 

You will be surprised at how easy it is. So start making layers of garlic, onion, ginger, horseradish, cayenne pepper, turmeric, and all slices of citrus in a mason jar. You can make several layers until the pot is filled to 3/4.

 

At this moment, you fill the rest with cider vinegar. Use a knife or canning tool to pull out the air pockets. If the vinegar is not in contact with the grass, it can not extract anything from it.

 

Let infuse for two weeks or more depending on your taste. Filter the plant material and reserve the vinegar. For this herbal vinegar, also called an acetum, you can add lemon juice and honey to your taste.

 

Of all natural health products, apple cider vinegar probably has more health benefits than many others. It is a good menstruum (solvent) to extract the benefits of other ingredients. In this case, it helps to treat coughs and congestion.
