A small dose of coconut oil can improve brain function!

After being vilified for years as a "heart-healthy oil", coconut oil has now been recognized as a healthy food, and you need to think about adding it to your diet.

Contrary to what we have been led to believe in recent decades, coconut oil is not a threat to heart health. The saturated fats it contains are not explicitly bad, they are rather important for the good health of the brain.

Coconut oil improves cognitive ability:

Medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) are special types of saturated fatty acids derived from coconut oil.

A recent study published in the journal "Neurobiology of Aging" found that MCTs such as those found in coconut oil improved cognitive function in older people with memory problems and even Alzheimer's disease.

During the study, twenty test subjects were randomly fed with TCM treatment or placebos for different days. Some patients in the Alzheimer's group have demonstrated an improvement in scoring on a special cognitive assessment scale of Alzheimer's disease.

In addition, all demonstrated a better recall of the paragraphs shortly after taking TCM doses. Note that these improvements were recorded just 90 minutes after ingestion of the TCM treatment.

Given the amazing results generated by the study, why has it not yet achieved the mainstream media coverage it deserves?

Meanwhile, Big Pharma is attempting to synthesize and patent a ketone-based pharmaceutical for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, whose profits are expected to grow exponentially over the next few decades.

So, given that, it's easy to understand why the results of this new study are still unclear.
