Beet juice recipe to clean the liver!

The liver is our main organ of detoxification, but sometimes it gets bogged down from time to time depending on diet, activity level (physical) and others.

When an overload of toxins becomes too important for the liver, toxic compounds can accumulate in the tissues and alter your health. So, a liver detox can be helpful in order to eliminate accumulated toxins and speed up the function of the body's natural detoxification mechanisms.

Recipe for beet juice to clean the liver:

Ingredients:

3 organic carrots (peeled and washed)

1 organic beet (peeled and washed)

2 organic red apples (washed and cut)

6 organic cabbage leaves

½ inch of ginger root

½ organic lemon, peeled

Instructions :

If you do not have a juicer, simply use a blender filled with one to two cups of water. Place all ingredients in a juicer and make juice or blender and mix.

If you used a juicer, be sure to mix with a spoon. If you have used a blender, make sure to filter everything with a strainer, then mix with a spoon. Serve with a little ice cream to make the juice more refreshing.

Why is this recipe so effective?

First, beets and carrots are extremely rich in plant flavonoids and beta-carotene (vitamin A). Eating these ingredients, along with other plant foods containing similar nutrients, can help boost and improve overall liver function.

Apples are rich in pectin, they contain the necessary compounds for cleaning the body and releases toxins from the digestive tract. This, in turn, makes it easier for the liver to handle the toxic load during the cleansing process.

Ginger has also been used historically for digestive problems such as flatulence, constipation, bloating and others. In addition to these gastro-protective effects, the researchers found that ginger was effective against stress-related ulcers.

Finally, citrus fruits, such as lemon, contain very high amounts of vitamin C, which helps the body to synthesize toxic substances into substances that can be absorbed by water. Drinking lemon juice or freshly squeezed lemon in the morning helps stimulate the liver.
