Drinking cider vinegar before bedtime will change your life for good!




 

Present in almost every kitchen in the world, apple cider vinegar and a "do-all ingredient". Used to season salads and other recipes, sometimes for dishwashing, apple cider vinegar has a wealth of health benefits.

 

Although already present in our food through the different dishes we eat, drinking cider vinegar regularly can make you enjoy even more of its various therapeutic benefits.

According to a study published in Diabetes Cares magazine, sipping apple cider vinegar before a meal can help lower your blood sugar.

 

As part of the study, participants drank a mixture of one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 8 ounces of water before eating.

 

Indeed, apple cider vinegar has been shown to be able to balance blood sugar levels and reduce glycated hemoglobin (or HbA1c) levels. But in addition to this study, apple cider vinegar contains a significant amount of enzymes as well as healthy bacteria that are responsible for the majority of its health benefits.

 

Apple cider vinegar is very rich in vitamins, including vitamins (A, B1, B2, C and P), enzymes, essential acids, minerals and trace elements. It also contains a good dose of pectin. It also contains potassium, chlorine, calcium, sulfur, iron fluorine, silicone), in addition to amino acids and other trace elements.

   

All these compounds bring their share of contribution to the improvement of the health:  

 

1. In case of fatigue and allergy:

 

Apple cider vinegar helps you get rid of fatigue and put an end to allergies. In this context, you simply make a cocktail by mixing 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar and 1 of honey in 25cl of water rich in sodium. You can drink up to three glasses a day.

 

2. Heal blues and sunburns:

3. Cold and sore throat:

For oily cough, mix 4 tablespoons of honey and 5 teaspoons of vinegar and take 1 teaspoon of this syrup three times a day.
