Then tie the sock at the top. Make sure the rice is there, and the sock is not too tight. Put the sock in another sock, then tie the sock.

 

After that, place your sock compress in the microwave for two to three minutes while it warms up. Then remove the sock, check the temperature before placing it on the painful area.

You can even opt for a frozen rice sock, if you prefer a cold compress to relieve your pain.

 

2. Comfrey root:


Comfrey root oil can significantly reduce back pain in less than an hour. Although some minor side effects were seen in some patients (headache, itching, runny nose, and nausea), most patients experienced pain relief with little or no side effects.

 

3. Go swimming:


Swimming can help relieve the pain of the lower back. Try your chest or back to avoid stretching your arms too much, which could make the pain worse. If you're not used to it, try an aqua gym or work with a trainer.

 

4. Roll of the body:


When using a foam roller to relieve back strain, do not use the roller on the lower part of your back (this can make the pain worse). Instead, use the roller on your glutes or hips to reduce the pain in your back.

 

5. Stretches:


If you suffer from back pain, try a slight stretch. The longer you can hold the stretch, the better your pain relief will be. Lower back torsion, in particular, can help relieve back pain, especially the pain that radiates to your glutes.
