Gourmet and balanced cooking recipes to get the best benefits of quinoa:  

   

Quinoa Risotto:  

 

  1. Add 300 ml of water to a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.

  2. Add the quinoa until the water covers the grains, place sliced onions and garlic in the pan.

  3. Cut the mushrooms and add them to the risotto, with a small amount of veal broth mixed with 100ml of water.

  4. Simmer with the lid for about 15 minutes, then remove it afterwards and stir in a dash of softened organic goat cheese.

  5. Let the cheese melt and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, stirring well.

  6. Serve and garnish with sliced onions and black pepper.

   

Summer salad of quinoa:  

 

  1. Add 300 ml water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

  2. Add the quinoa so that the water covers only the grains.

  3. Simmer with the lid for 15-20 minutes until the beans have softened.

  4. Remove from heat and let the beans cool.

  5. Add 1/2 tsp. coffee paprika and a pinch of chili powder.

  6. Use any herb you have to make a salad with pine nuts, avocado, tomato, onion and a few drops of lemon juice.

  7. Mix the quinoa in the salad once it has cooled enough.

  8. Sprinkle with olive oil and serve.

 

Black butter and quinoa burger:  

 

  1. Simmer the desired amount of quinoa until the grains are soft enough to be eaten.

  2. When cool, add black beans drained with quinoa and season with salt and black pepper.

  3. Finely cut 1 red onion into the mixture with chopped coriander and lemon wedge.

  4. Add a finely chopped garlic clove and a drizzle of tahini oil.

  5. Add 1 egg yolk.

  6. Mix the ingredients making sure to crush the beans while stirring (use your hands)

  7. Form the mixture into mince and fry in olive oil (shallow) on both sides until crisp.

 

This naturally crunchy formula can be eaten in bread, tortilla or alone with salad and lots of pickles.
