½ Lemon
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1 cup of cider vinegar
1 to 2 tablespoons of honey

Preparation:
Using a sharp knife, cut your lemon in half. Now, using a squeezer, filter the juice of half of the lemon into a clean glass. Alternatively, you can always do the old-fashioned way by squeezing lemon juice.
Then, soak your fresh parsley in ice water. This will help remove all the dirt, which will accumulate at the bottom of your bowl. Therefore, remove your parsley by hand and shake. Once you have tapped your dry parsley with paper towels, remove the parsley leaves from its stems and start cutting the leaves.
Once you're done, add the parsley to your drinking glass. Now pour apple cider vinegar, honey and cinnamon powder into the same glass and stir well until smooth.
